Instructions for Troubleshooting

Here are some basic instructions for Troubleshooting Byos products. Please Follow the steps below and if you have any questions, please email us at support@byos.io

Potential Known Issues:

  • Can’t activate the device
  • Can’t log into the app or device
  • Can’t connect to the network
  • No internet access once connected to the network

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Reboot the Byos device and restart the app
  1. If #1 fails, perform a Factory Reset
      • A Factory Reset requires a network connection. If you can’t connect to the network, please request your offline Factory Reset token from support@byos.io
  1. If the Factory Reset fails, please contact support@byos.io
