Here are some basic instructions for Troubleshooting Byos products. Please Follow the steps below and if you have any questions, please email us at support@byos.io
Potential Known Issues:
- Can’t activate the device
- Can’t log into the app or device
- Can’t connect to the network
- No internet access once connected to the network
Please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Reboot the Byos device and restart the app
- If #1 fails, perform a Factory Reset
- A Factory Reset requires a network connection. If you can’t connect to the network, please request your offline Factory Reset token from support@byos.io
- If the Factory Reset fails, please contact support@byos.io
